Pediatric School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - West Columbia, South Carolina

Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLP license with either Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Experience working with pediatric or elementary-aged students preferred
• Knowledge of school-based therapy practices and documentation standards
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 45-50 elementary students, delivering individualized and group therapy sessions
• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement IEP goals in partnership with educational teams and families
• Maintain accurate progress notes and compliance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and caregivers to support student success
