KIPP NYC is seeking a Senior Director of Payroll to lead a complex, multi-entity payroll operation. This in-person role will guide systems, controls, and processes to ensure accurate, timely and compliant payroll for staff across NYC campuses and programs. The Senior Director will oversee a team and collaborate with People Operations, Accounting, FP&A, and external vendors, while maintaining strong internal controls and continuous improvement of payroll practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
