Rapid Rehousing Program Lead

Upward Bound House is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Rapid Rehousing program aimed at ending homelessness. The Program Manager will oversee all aspects of client support, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage relationships with landlords. This role requires a strong background in social work, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to foster a supportive environment.
