Licensure/Certifications: Current Physical Therapy license, CPR certification

Experience: Prior LTC experience preferred, new grads considered

Hourly Pay Rate: $58.96/hr

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients with physical functioning disorders
• Administer procedures such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, ambulation support, wound care, and modalities
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and document outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Provide education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers
• Support supervision of therapy assistants, aides, and students as needed
• Participate in care conferences, evaluations, and professional development activities

What You Need

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Missouri
• CPR certification
• At least 1 year of outpatient or LTC experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow regulatory and clinical standards
