What You’ll Do The Paralegal for the Board Relations Department is responsible for providing paralegal services to legal counsel, the firm’s domestic and offshore mutual funds and operating companies, as well as certain internal committees to meet regulatory and business requirements. The Expertise We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate is plus Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience Proficient with Windows/PC operating systems and standard business applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Willingness and ability to utilize and adapt artificial intelligence tools to promote efficiency and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients, regulators, vendors, and all levels of staff Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, professional approach to working independently or part of a team Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing deadlines, and maintain quality under pressure Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, and sound analytical and problem-solving skills Our Investment in You We believe our employees are our most important asset!
