The Receptionist Front Desk serves as the welcoming face for our small team, providing exceptional customer support and efficient office assistance. Reporting directly to the Office Manager, this role is essential in managing guest reception, handling phone communications, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organized records using standard office software. The receptionist ensures smooth daily operations with professionalism and excellent multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival
• Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
• Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
• Provide customer support and address inquiries
• Manage cash handling and maintain accurate records
• Support office operations with various administrative tasks
• Maintain organized files and documentation

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in administrative support
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and phone etiquette skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry
• Excellent organization, communication, and time management
• Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
