Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $22 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Team Leader:

• Oversee staffing operations and assist team members to ensure smooth daily operations

• Check associates in and out at the beginning and end of shifts

• Record and maintain accurate employee timekeeping records

• Provide support to associates and address operational needs as they arise

Available shifts:

Shift Timings - 2nd Shift (Evening), Weekends

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Strong leadership and multitasking abilities

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Previous customer service and supervisory experience preferred

• Ability to work days, afternoons, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed

• Reliable transportation required

• Ability to manage and lead a team of 5 to 15 employees per shift

• Previous experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor

• Knowledge of quality standards in an automotive environment preferred

• Understanding of measurement units and tolerances, with the ability to train others

• Ability to read, write, and speak English

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email software

• Background check and Drug test required
