Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist
Hunter Communications
Hunter Communications in Eugene seeks a Customer Experience Advocate to support customers with internet connectivity issues and billing inquiries. You will handle 40–50 calls per day, document interactions, and assist with scheduling new services. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication, and the ability to troubleshoot telecom technologies.
