Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,254 – $2,392 per week Contract duration: 11 weeks Shift: Rotating 8‑hour shifts Start date: 08/03/2026 Location: Crookston, MN, United States On‑call: Late shift call rotation and every 4th weekend Responsibilities Provide perioperative nursing care as circulating and/or scrub nurse in the operating room. Prepare the OR, maintain sterile technique, manage instrument counts, and ensure readiness of equipment and supplies. Assist the surgical team during a range of procedures, including upper and lower endoscopies, general surgery (open and laparoscopic), spine, total joints, orthopedic sports medicine, podiatry, and OB/GYN including C‑sections. Support anesthesia providers during procedures, monitor patient status intraoperatively, and ensure intraoperative safety and comfort. Document intraoperative care, assist with specimen handling, and contribute to efficient patient turnover between cases. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and perioperative staff to optimize patient outcomes and maintain established protocols. Requirements 1 year of OR experience required. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Rotating 8‑hour shifts; Monday–Friday schedule with on‑call requirements. Ability to work in a hospital operating room environment and adhere to sterile technique and safety standards. Willingness to participate in late‑shift call rotation and every 4th weekend.
