Requirements
- Licensed and registered to practice nursing in New York State
- BLS certification

Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer medications and manage controlled-substance inventories.
- Assess, review, and develop nursing intervention plans for youth health.
- Implement infection control procedures.
- Prepare clinical and administrative reports.
- Collaborate as a member of the medical treatment team and assist in staff training.

Compliance / Notes
- Dress code: Business casual or scrubs.
- Free on-site parking available.
- Required documentation at submittal: SSN, DOB, RTO (return-to-work document).
- Must present valid New York state nursing license at the time of submittal.
