This position is for a Relationship Banker Business Specialist within PNC’s retail organization, based in Houston, TX. PNC is an in‑office company that fosters a collaborative and supportive culture where employees can thrive. Job Description Acquires and expands share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue. Achieves business results through leadership and productive collaboration with a wide range of ecosystem partners. Responsible for proactive lead generation and appointments conducted inside and outside of branch. Delivers a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing. Leverages experience and knowledge of bank products and services to grow share of wallet and attract new consumer and business households. Manages and grows Business Banking relationships under 2MM in sales revenue, translating client information to actionable sales strategy and tactics. Generates quality referrals to ecosystem partners and leverages tools and protocols to maximize business results. Develops ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch as a COI, working across partners such as PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking, and Mortgage. Identifies the resource or team best equipped to meet client needs and introduces clients accordingly. Holds partners accountable for routine updates and referral follow‑up. Differentiates the client experience through advanced conversation skills and delivers client well‑being through tailored solutions aligned with clients’ wholistic needs. Solves client problems courteously and with urgency, escalating where necessary. Acts as an advocate for clients and prospects across product, support, operations, or other departments within PNC, identifying trends and unique needs of the client. Works with branch team to identify consumer and business banking opportunities, creating referrals and following up on independent opportunities to expand share of wallet. Creates client loyalty and grows client share of wallet through a differentiated client experience. Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with clients and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educates clients on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources. Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty. Manages risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Participates in branch daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate completion of all tasks. Qualifications Primary education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience, including military service). Certifications/Licenses: None required. Background checks required as per Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
