Field Technician – HVAC Cleaning & Maintenance

️ What You’ll Do

• Clean and inspect air ducts, coils, fans, chillers, and water towers
• Operate specialized equipment such as vacuums, compressors, brushes, and pressure washers
• Safely handle and apply cleaning agents and disinfectants
• Perform work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and lifts
• Document completed work, including photos and service reports
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment and maintaining tools and vehicles
• Support team members to complete jobs efficiently and safely

✅ What We’re Looking For

• General labor or hands-on work experience
• Comfort using hand and power tools
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to operate or learn equipment such as pressure washers
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, duct cleaning, or industrial cleaning (not required)
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

This is a Permanent position based out of Glendale, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
