Pharmacy Manager

Role Overview This position involves providing comprehensive patient care through accurate prescription dispensing, immunizations, and adherence to pharmacy regulations. It includes managing pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance, overseeing inventory flow, and maintaining financial performance. The role also emphasizes fostering a culture of safety, quality, and patient-centered care, while leading and developing pharmacy associates. Key Responsibilities Dispense prescriptions accurately, administer immunizations, and ensure compliance with legal standards. Drive sales and profitability by effective merchandise presentation and inventory management. Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols. Lead pharmacy team development through training, mentoring, and performance feedback. Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory flow, financials, and quality assurance. Promote a culture of patient safety, quality care, and compliance with HIPAA and other regulations. Build strong team relationships, attract talent, and foster an inclusive workplace. Utilize data to analyze performance, market trends, and implement continuous improvements. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with a valid pharmacy license. Completion of accredited immunization training. Preferred experience in U.S. pharmacy settings.
