Bluebonnet Trails Community Services
Bluebonnet Trails Community Services is seeking a dedicated professional for case management services for youth and their families. This position requires building therapeutic relationships, providing psychosocial rehabilitation, and facilitating access to community resources. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a human services field and knowledge of mental health diagnoses. Bilingual skills are preferred.
