Registered Nurse Supervisor (Registered Nurse) ( RN ) - Skilled Nursing Facility
Full-Time | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Located at 65 N Sussex St, Dover, NJ 07801

As an Registered Nurse ( RN ) Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership, support nursing staff, ensure quality resident care, and help maintain a positive, resident-centered environment. Registered Nurse ( RN ) Supervisor Responsibilities:

Lead and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance
Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers
Monitor documentation accuracy and completion
Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Respond to clinical concerns and emergencies as needed
Promote a positive and collaborative work environment

Registered Nurse ( RN ) Supervisor Qualifications:

Active RN License in the State of New Jersey
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
