Senior Test Analyst

Mandatory qualifications


The candidate must demonstrate:

1. Ten years within the last 12 years as a test analyst with large organizations implementing or modernizing legacy applications, including:
   • Coordinating business, functional and technical testers.
   • Establishing test execution objectives.
   • Managing defect validation, follow-up, verification and escalation.
   • Producing defect metrics, burndown charts and trends.
2. Ten years within the last 12 years developing or reviewing:
   • Business requirements and rules.
   • Technical and service requirements.
   • Test strategies.
   • Test plans.
   • Test cases.
   • Transition plans.
   • Traceability matrices.
3. Eight years within the last 12 years using Test Application Lifecycle Management tools such as JAMA for requirements, test cases, defects and full traceability.
4. Eight years within the last 12 years working with large databases and writing SQL queries for application or interface testing.

• Candidate meeting all four mandatory qualifications

• Eight years of JAMA or comparable lifecycle-management tools

• Ten years of detailed defect management and metrics must be explicitly documented

• Five years of Selenium, Cucumber or Robot Framework is desirable

• Onsite availability in West Sacramento

• Three reachable candidate references ( must verify the claimed experience)
