Job Summary:
This is a travel Registered Nurse (RN) position in the Endoscopy Laboratory (Endo Lab) specializing in endoscopic procedures. Located in Wichita, Kansas, this role involves performing basic and interventional/therapeutic procedures on high-acuity patients alongside highly specialized physicians. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Wichita, Kansas
• Schedule: Day shift, 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM; includes opening shifts of 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM, 3 to 4 weeknight shifts per month (Monday through Thursday) from 5:30 PM to 7:00 AM, one Friday shift per month from 5:30 PM to 11:00 PM, and 1 to 2 weekend shifts per month on Saturday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM and Monday morning shifts.
• Required Qualifications: Valid certified Registered Nurse (RN) license; minimum 1-year current acute care Endoscopy Laboratory (Endo Lab) RN experience; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; experience with Olympus scopes and reprocessing; circulating and technician procedures experience; proficiency with Meditech electronic medical records (EMR).
• Preferred Qualifications: PACU experience.
• Additional Information: Staff perform both basic and interventional/therapeutic procedures on high-acuity patients, working with highly trained physicians to ensure quality patient care.
