Job Overview St. Joseph Heritage Medical Group is seeking a Palliative Care physician to join their practice in Orange, California. Responsibilities This role involves providing exceptional patient and family care within an outpatient setting, focusing on goals of care, advanced care planning, symptom management, safety‑net planning, end‑of‑life care and referrals. The physician collaborates with a multidisciplinary team in the Palliative Care specialty to ensure comprehensive support for patients. The team is highly collaborative, close‑knit, and dedicated to compassionate care, enabling you to make a meaningful impact in healthcare. Qualifications Full‑time position. Experience preferred; new graduates welcome. Benefits Comprehensive benefits package. Compensation range: $293,912 – $329,798 per year. This range reflects the starting total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other cash compensation as applicable. Providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group employer. Location Orange, California.
