The Opportunity In this role, you will be a vital part of the production process, ensuring every part meets strict customer specifications through in-process and final inspections. You will work with cutting-edge technology and cross-functional teams to maintain the company's reputation for quality and on-time delivery. Quality Technician Job ResponsibilitiesInspect & Validate: Read blueprints and use precision tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM, and Faro arms) to qualify machined products.Audit Quality: Perform cell product audits, final audits before shipping, and outgoing audits for outside operations.Maintain Standards: Interpret control plans, use SPC for critical features, and manage gauge calibrations and records.Collaborate: Communicate effectively with Quality and Production departments to ensure seamless operations.Quality Technician QualificationsTechnical Expertise: Proven experience as a quality inspector with proficiency in using gauges, comparators, and quality testing systems.Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach to meeting deadlines.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with quality standards (ISO 9000, AS9100) is a strong advantage.Professionalism: A positive attitude, disciplined work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen.Why Join the Team?
