Transaction Closing Coordinator
Stephen Cooley Real Estate
This position reports to the Director of Operations and is responsible for contract audits, sales entry to key systems, maintaining contract deadlines, repair negotiations, communication between client and agent, legendary customer service to both client and agent, maintaining vendor relationships, and adherence to current systems. The ideal candidate will be someone who can work efficiently and effectively with little supervision and is a team player.This is an in-person position, full-time. Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.
