Location: Otsego, MN

Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses

Responsibilities- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and agency leads
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Quote, present, and close personal and commercial insurance products
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline activity
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Sales experience preferred (insurance, retail, automotive, financial services, telecommunications, or similar industries)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
- Goal-oriented and coachable
- Professional and positive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment
- Insurance licenses preferred but not required; licensing assistance may be available for qualified candidates
