Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our insurance and financial product offerings.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their financial goals and insurance needs.
• Provide personalized recommendations for life insurance, annuities, and other financial services.
• Guide clients through the application and onboarding process with clarity and support.
• Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through consistent effort and exceptional service.

Requirements

• Active Michigan Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain).
• Proven ability to build rapport and lasting relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and client needs.
• Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the financial services industry.
