Exciting career path opportunity to be a part of our newly built state of the art private practice in Encinitas CA (North County SD). We are dedicated to provide excellent dental Care. One of our top Priorities is not only to take care of our patients but to also take care of our staff! Join an energetic team of people working together and helping each other.
We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator to provide top notch customer service to our patients. This candidate must be super enthusiastic, full of positive energy, excellent customer service, great communication skills, organized and able to multi task. Experience is a must. If you speak Spanish that is a plus! The working hours will be Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm and some Saturdays from 9am-2pm. The benefits include Health insurance, paid holidays and dental coverage. Competitive pay but depends on experience.
The job duties include but are not limited to:
1) Communicate with patients via phone, text and email
2) Greet patients with a smile
3) Manage patient appointments
4) Check dental eligibility
5) Serve as a point of contact for any billing questions
6) Present/Input treatment plans
7) Present payment options through financing with patients.
8) Post payments
9) Be responsible for schedules and responsible for the office to meet monthly goals.
