Provide prompt, accurate, courteous, and professional service at all times. Work directly with underwriting to guide members through the lending process. Identify cross‑sell opportunities for credit union products that fit members’ needs. Accurately maintain member account information. Schedule Mon‑Fri 8:00 am‑5:00 pm; limited Saturday 9:00 am‑1:00 pm on a rotating basis. Overtime may be required occasionally, but work‑life balance is valued. This is not a work‑from‑home position.
