Key Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota School Psychologist license (required)
• Experience working as a School Psychologist or in a similar school-based mental health setting
• Strong assessment, consultation, and intervention skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with students, educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• School Social Workers with appropriate licensure may also be considered if a School Psychologist is not available

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
• Participate in Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and special education eligibility meetings
• Develop and implement evidence-based interventions for academic, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Provide consultation to teachers and families to support student learning and development
• Crisis intervention and collaboration on student safety planning, as needed
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation and case records
• Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain best practices
