Senior Data Engineer

Design and build secure, reliable data pipelines that turn raw operational sources into usable intelligence. Impact Create the data foundation for analytics, AI workflows, and decision systems. Build pipelines that handle changing schemas, incomplete data, and strict security requirements. Help teams trust the data they use to make operational decisions. What you'll do Build batch and streaming data pipelines across structured and unstructured sources. Design data models, validation checks, lineage patterns, and quality controls. Implement secure ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and observability workflows. Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and mission-facing teams. What we're looking for 5+ years of data engineering experience. Strong SQL, Python, and production ETL/ELT experience. Experience with data modeling, orchestration, observability, and access control. U.S. Citizenship is required. Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a Top Secret security clearance. Comfort working with ambiguous mission, data, and engineering problems. Strong written communication and ability to explain technical decisions to technical and non-technical teams. Preferred experience AWS experience is a plus, especially secure cloud, GovCloud, serverless, data, or AI services. AI, machine learning, LLM, agentic workflow, or decision intelligence experience is a plus. Experience in defense, government, manufacturing, aerospace, logistics, or other mission-critical environments is a plus.
