Export Operation (Mid level ~ Manager level)

Our client, a Japanese Logistics company is seeking an Export Opration Specialist (Mid level ~ Manager level) in their NY office. Key Responsibilities Manage export shipments (air/ocean), including booking, documentation, and scheduling Ensure compliance with export regulations and country requirements Coordinate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations Prepare and review shipping documents, billing, and invoicesMonitor shipments and resolve issues to maintain service quality Support pricing, carrier selection, and cost optimization Build relationships with clients and logistics partners Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency Support team workflow and assist junior members Handle escalations and contribute to operational improvements Qualifications 3–8+ years of experience in export or freight forwarding Knowledge of export documentation and regulations Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience in both air and ocean exports Exposure to pricing or carrier negotiation Japanese skill is a big plus Only qualified candidate will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr TOP Group - Japanese Recruiting Agency
