The Diversion Hub in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to provide direct case management services to clients and act as the primary liaison between clients, Justice Navigator, and service navigators. The role supports a trauma-informed, multidisciplinary effort to connect clients with housing, benefits, employment, and health services.
