In-House RecruiterA healthcare company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented In-House Recruiter to manage and support the organization's full-cycle recruiting efforts.The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare recruiting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating hires across multiple departments while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Flexible hours are available for the right candidate.Responsibilities:Source, screen, and interview candidates for clinical, administrative, and operational roles within the organization.Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and scheduling throughout the hiring process.Maintain consistent communication with applicants to ensure a professional and efficient recruitment experience.Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a professional and approachable manner.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Ability to assess candidate fit and represent the company positively.Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and other recruiting tools.Requirements:1–3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the healthcare industry.Familiarity with healthcare roles and terminology a strong plus.Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities efficiently. Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to changing hiring needs.Location: Brooklyn, NYHours: Full-time/ flexible hours.Salary: $80-120k DOEJob#1019
