Passionate about travel, the full-time Remote Leisure Travel Agent will plan and book personalized domestic and international vacations while delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Plan and book customized FIT itineraries for domestic and international travel Assist clients via phone, email, and web chat while providing travel recommendations and support Process travel reservations and ensure compliance with ARC regulations and AAA policies Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; travel school graduates are encouraged to apply At least 2 years of leisure travel industry experience Experience with airline reservation systems, ticketing platforms, and GDS Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel planning Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment
