Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our hiring and recruiting process. The ideal candidate will review resumes, manage applicant information, coordinate interviews, and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring supervisors throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities

• Review resumes and applications for open positions.
• Identify qualified candidates and send resumes to hiring supervisors for review.
• Support job postings and applicant tracking activity.
• Use UKG or a similar applicant tracking system to maintain candidate information.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and supervisors.
• Communicate with candidates by phone or email to confirm interview details.
• Keep recruiting records organized and updated.
• Provide general support to the recruiting and HR team as needed.

Essential Skills

• Understanding of recruiting, including resume review and candidate identification.
• Experience using UKG or another applicant tracking system.
• Comfortable with candidate communication and interview scheduling.
• Data entry skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Recruiting and HR administration knowledge.
• Experience with HR systems and clerical tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, HR, administrative, or coordinator experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of the recruiting process.
• Experience with UKG or another applicant tracking system preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up consistently.
• Bilingual skills strongly preferred.

Work Environment
This role is based on-site at a top aerospace manufacturing company in Western Massachusetts. The work environment is collaborative, requiring interaction with various teams and candidates. A professional attire is expected.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of West Springfield, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
