Caregiver / Home Health Aide – Mercer County, NJ

We are currently hiring compassionate, dependable, and responsive caregivers to provide high-quality, non-medical in-home care for clients throughout Mercer County, New Jersey .

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary based on each client's individualized care plan and condition and may include:

Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene)
Meal planning and preparation
Light housekeeping and laundry
Medication reminders
Companionship and emotional support
Assistance with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
Running errands and grocery shopping (when applicable)
Escorting clients to appointments or community outings (if needed)
Monitoring and reporting changes in the client's condition
Providing safe, respectful, and professional care at all times
Performing other caregiving duties as outlined in the client's care plan

Requirements

Compassionate, patient, dependable, and responsive
Strong communication and reliability
Ability to follow client care plans and agency policies
Reliable transportation
Must have scrubs
Ability to pass a background check
Authorized to work in the United States
Previous caregiving experience is preferred
CNA or HHA certification is preferred but not required for the right candidate

Schedule

We offer flexible scheduling based on client needs, including:

Full-time
Part-time
Weekday shifts
Evening shifts
Overnight shifts
Weekend shifts
Live ins

Compensation

Compensation varies depending on the assigned case and level of care required. Pay rates will be discussed during the interview process.
