Location: Chicago IL (Onsite)

Duration: Contract/Fulltime

Requirements:

• Strong ETL and DWH background with 12 to 15 years+ experience range.
• Should have experience of developing architecture by gathering requirements from multiple data sources and also should have experience of creating business Intelligence and reporting based on the DWH
• Customer wants a resource who is good in gathering requirements, convert those requirements in the architecture, develop it in the ETL and also work on the BI aspects.

• Overall 12+ years of experience in IT
• As a data analyst, exp. > 5 years
• Experience in Dataiku
• Databases Oracle, SQL, T-SQL, My SQL, Mongo DB
• ETL Tools Tableau Prep, Alteryx, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS
• Reports Tableau, SSRS, Power BI Business Analysis Requirement analysis, business rules, data flow diagram, flowcharts, business process modeling & improvement, functional requirement Analysis, source target mappings, gap analysis, cause and effect analysis, decision tree.
• Data Modeling ER Diagrams, Conceptual, Logical & physical modeling.
• Data Analysis Techniques Neural Network, Clustering, Classification
• Must have Excellent SQL skills, building complex SQL queries from scratch to pull and analyze data
• Must have basic programming skills with Python or Java language
• Must have understanding of Database concepts
• Excellent proficiency with MS Office (viz. Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good to have experience with Operations, Purchasing and Supply Chain
• Good statistical knowledge and skills
• Good to have some dashboarding skills
• Strong attention to detail – will be responsible for providing key information to data partners/stakeholders
• Good communications skills, with a knack for synthesizing data into meaningful business findings
