In this role, you’ll collaborate with educators and interdisciplinary teams to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions to students with communication and speech challenges. Whether you're an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), your clinical expertise will be highly valued and directly shape students’ growth and confidence.

What you’ll need to bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active Illinois SLP license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility/participation in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Prior experience in schools is preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
• A genuine passion for helping school-age children achieve their fullest potential

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting speech/language and communication assessments
• Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Providing direct therapy services to students with diverse needs
• Engaging in consultation and collaboration with teachers and parents

Compensation for this role starts at $49 per hour and increases based on your experience.
