Hospitalist opening: Great Falls, MT Position Overview:

• We are eagerly seeking a BE/BC Hospitalist to join our rapidly growing hospital!
\n
• The program is housed within a 36-bed acute care hospital and is complimented with coverage by a diverse mix of surgical and medical specialists.
\n
• BE/BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
\n
• Hospital employed, full-time position
\n
• Hospitalist: 7 on 7 off schedule, 7:00 am 7:00 pm
\n
• Experienced NP on shift 8:00 am 5:00 pm to assist during busy times
\n
• Dedicated nocturnists and Pulm/CC physician on staff
\n
• Supported by Telemed Critical Care/Pulmonology and on-call specialists
\n
• Procedure experience and comfort preferred
\n
• Experienced, staff including two hospitalists and two nurse practitioners
\n
• 1:5 nursing patient ratio, based on patient acuity
\n
• Hospitalist daily census averages 15 patients/day
\n
• State-of-the-art facility and diagnostics
\n
• Acute Care Hospital with full complement of referring specialties in-house
\n
• 36 inpatient beds, 10 bed Open ICU, 2 cath lab suites with 8-bed pre/post-procedure care unit
\n
• 5 ORs + 4 OR Surgery Center and dedicated 5 observation beds
\n
• Busy 8 bed ED with highly experienced staff
