BrightStar Care of Amarillo is looking for an Occupational Therapist to provide home-based care to pediatric and adult patients in Hereford and surrounding communities.

What Youll Do
- Evaluate patients and identify their occupational therapy needs
- Develop individualized goals and treatment plans
- Provide therapy visits and monitor patient progress
- Provide clinical oversight to assigned COTAs
- Review COTA documentation and communicate patient updates with the care team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
What Youll Need
- Active, unrestricted Texas Occupational Therapist license
- Minimum 1 year of OT experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working independently in a home health setting
- Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting
