Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Indiana state PT license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics, including post-op knee, hip, and shoulder care, and treatment of low back/neck pain.
Experience with equipment: E-stim, therapeutic ultrasound, Hivamat, therapeutic laser, AlterG, or Vector preferred. (Preferred)
Experience using EPIC or similar electronic medical record systems preferred. (Preferred)
Demonstrated ability to manage 1:1 patient caseloads and work with post-op and chronic pain adult ortho/neuro populations.
Must be a good team player, flexible, and have a strong work ethic.

Assignment Details
Facility type: Hospital (outpatient therapy unit).
Shift: Days.
Shift hours: 08:30 - 17:00.
Weekly guaranteed hours: 36 hours.
Required certifications: BLS and state licensure.
Patient ratio: 1:1.
EMR: EPIC.
Position specialty: Outpatient orthopedics (post-op adult ortho/neuro, chronic pain).
