Lead Guidewire Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire applications for clients in the insurance / Finance / Banking industry
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Implement best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality and scalable code
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Mentor and guide junior developers in the team
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Guidewire technology

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter Or Billing Center, and ClaimCenter
Experience with Java, Gosu, and XML
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to work on a freelance, remote basis
