Overview

Our organization stands as a premier national platform dedicated to women's healthcare. We are currently in search of a Full-Time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our Florida Woman Care affiliate located in Naples, FL .

Position Highlights

• Two office locations situated just minutes from the beach, with one located on hospital grounds.
• Deliveries are conducted at Naples Comprehensive Health, which features a Level II NICU and is the only birthing center in Naples, handling approximately 3,600 births annually.
• The schedule includes four office days and one night call per week, transitioning to five office days once call responsibilities are assumed after training.
• The practice serves around 40% obstetric and 60% gynecological patients.
• One weekend of call duty per month.
• Daily patient load ranges from 18 to 20.

Requirements

• Certification as a Nurse-Midwife by the AMCB.
• Graduation from a nurse-midwifery program accredited by the ACNM Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME).
• Master's degree in Nursing (MS/MSN).
• Active and unrestricted registered nurse (RN) license in the state.
• Current CPR and NALS certifications.
• Possession of a current unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain one.
• Preferred: At least one year of full-time experience as a CNM.
