This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a health system anticipating significant community demand!\n \n Practice Details:\n \n Opportunity to build and shape a new GI practice with strong built-in patient demand\n Full spectrum of GI procedures offered\n A strong surgical team with a focus on collaborative, team-based care will support the new practice\n \n 4 General Surgeons\n 1 Proctologist\n 1 Wound Care NP\n \n Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Friday 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM\n Call schedule 1:3 with additional compensation for an extra call\n Outpatient volume: approximately 20 patients per day\n Procedures: 8–10 per day\n Inpatient consults based on hospital census\n Healthy base pay with production incentive\n Sign-on bonus and loan repayment options available\n Moving allowance of $10,000 paid directly to the moving company\n Comprehensive benefits including health insurance (low physician premium), malpractice coverage, retirement/savings plan, CME, and vacation\n \n Lima OH is a welcoming Midwest community with a low cost of living and easy access to major metros.
