Restaurant Utility Person | $16-$18/hr Multiple Shifts Available + Weekend Work Shifts Available: Monday–Friday: 4–8pm, 7–11pm, 2–5pm Saturday: 4–8pm Sunday: 2–5pm, 4–8pm Are you reliable, flexible, and ready to jump into a fast-paced role with variety? A well-established catering company in Sioux Center, IA is looking to hire a Utility Person to join their team! This position supports multiple areas including general utility, food prep, dishwashing, and cooking duties. Responsibilities Unload, organize, and store incoming product Maintain clean and organized coolers, floors, and work areas Assist in food prep, salad bar setup, and cooking tasks Operate dishwasher and ensure proper sanitation standards Set up, serve, and clean dining areas as needed Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures at all times Support other kitchen and service team members Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shift Dependable and able to work all scheduled shifts High School diploma or equivalent preferred, not required Cooking or food service experience and ServSafe Certification a plus, but not required Pay & Benefits $16-$18/hr Weekly pay – every Friday Direct Deposit or Paycard options available Paid Holidays & PTO (based on hours worked) Affordable group medical coverage available 327 9th Street – Sheldon, IA | View phone number on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr Aventure Staffing
