Job Title : Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location : Brandon, SD

Employment Shift : Days (6am - 2pm, 6am - 6pm) Evenings (2pm - 10pm) Overnights (10pm - 6am, 6pm - 6am)

Starting Pay Range: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour + Shift Differential. Wage is determined based on years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

- Provide light housekeeping and cleaning of resident rooms and equipment.

- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.

- Document care provided and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff.

- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary.

- Participate in resident activities and recreational programs.

- Attend to all resident personal hygiene and personal care needs, including but not limited to grooming, hygiene, dining and nutritional needs, mobility, elimination, psychosocial and safety needs.

- Consistently work with all neighborhood team members, led by resident and family preferences to meet the needs and desires of each resident.

Requirements:

- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred but not required.

- Willingness to complete on-the-job training if not certified.

- Compassion, patience, and a desire to work with seniors.

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to work every other weekend.

- Ability to work the evening shift.
