Charge Nurse - Nursing

Shift: Variable evenings/nights, 14:30-22:30; 10:30pm-7am

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate patient care activities within the nursing unit.
Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
Provide leadership and support to nursing staff.
Monitor patient progress and advocate for necessary changes in care.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements:

BLS Certification
Charge experience preferred
Patient ratio: 1:20
Charting: Point Click Care
