Fitness Counselor

Core Purpose To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners. Position Purpose Create connections with prospective members, help them become members, and engage with them during the follow‑up process to ensure their success. Responsibilities Member engagement and enrollment of new members through self‑generated and company‑sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals. Assist members in fulfilling their fitness goals and maintain high quality service. Build and maintain equipment safety and facility cleanliness. Perform membership sales (club and individual), billing, customer service, and information hub tasks. Qualifications Takes ownership of results; fight hard to win; adapts quickly to various situations. Strong communication, customer service mentality, and team player. Excellent organizational skills, independent work, multitask in fast‑paced environment. Strong mathematical, analytical and sales skills; comfortable with phone etiquette and math. Must pass background check. Available 20 hours a week, every Thursday and at least one weekend day. Compensation and Benefits Hourly position $32,000—$62,000 annual potential. Tenure pay and variable income opportunities including commission.
