Registered Behavior Technician

Position: Field Behavior Technician Summit ABA strives to employ the most qualified, professional, and loving individuals to work with our outstanding families! We are currently hiring full and part‑time ABA therapists to work with individuals with an autism diagnosis in homes and/or in schools. Responsibilities and Duties Implement individualized treatment plans and individualized behavior reduction plans Collaborate with BCBAs to develop comprehensive treatment plan Provide consistent feedback about client’s progress Comply with all HIPAA guidelines and the BACB Code of Ethics Work with other colleagues, families and professionals to create a supportive environment Have fun! Position Hiring Part‑time (20 hours per week) and/or Full‑time (40 hours per week) Schedule Base schedule is Monday‑Friday 8am‑4pm but can vary based upon needs of field client/field assignment(s). Qualifications and Skills A general understanding of ABA principles Experience working with a broad base of populations – specialization is welcomed but can limit field assignments as our client population varies.
