Financial Technical Operations Analyst, Coppell, TX

Seamlessly integrate with the business team as the lead finance partner, serving as the primary liaison between the business and corporate finance teams and advising on all financial matters. Provide financial support and strategic direction to the operations management team. Collaborate with business teams to ensure accurate inventory management and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement. Lead the preparation of annual operating budgets and monthly year-end forecasts, including cost centers, accounts, inventory, and labor rates (total cost and efficiency), using a detailed cost analysis approach. Develop and maintain reporting by product line and profit center, including allocations and variance analysis for management. Direct and oversee physical inventory counts in coordination with corporate accounting, including cycle counts and reconciliations; investigate and resolve discrepancies. Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies, maintaining accurate documentation to support audits. Support cross-functional teams with financial budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc reporting as needed. Liaise with external auditors and provide required documentation during annual audits.
