The compensation range for this role is $65,000 - $72,000 / year base salary.


The 1st shift hours for this position are from 7:00AM - 3:30PM.

Position Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Supervision of shift staff, organizing and monitoring work processes

• Responsible for onboarding and training of shift employees

• Coaching, counseling and support of development plans for career growth of staff

• Management of Performance process

• Enforces policies and procedures and when needed, manages disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans to meet operating standards.

• Maintain safe and healthy work environment, placing Safety first.

• Executes operational objectives to ensure shift meets safety, quality and productivity standards.

• Fosters an environment of Teamwork and Collaboration

Production Supervisor Job Requirements

• Minimum two years supervisory experience in the food industry, pharmaceutical, or other like industry.

• Strong working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP, Quality Testing and Safety Concerns, and SAP operating systems

• Previous experience managing sanitation activities and understanding of sanitation cleaning process required.

• Strong computer skills proficient using Microsoft Word and Excel

• Effective Communicator and Delegator

• Excellent leadership and cross-functional team skills

• Knowledge of SAP operating systems a plus

• Excellent problem-solving skills focusing on Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action and "5 Why" analysis.

• Willingness to work Saturdays as needed.
