This position offers the opportunity to provide meaningful emotional support, education, and connection to resources that help individuals regain stability and resilience. If you are empathetic, adaptable, and passionate about serving communities in times of need, this role allows you to make a direct and lasting impact during recovery efforts.In this role, you will provide outreach, individual and group support, and community education while building relationships with local partners and connecting individuals to essential services.
