Think proactively Show resiliency Act with integrity Engage deliberately Expect excellence Position Overview We are hiring full-time Back of House Team Members to support kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. Back of House Team Members are responsible for preparing food, maintaining kitchen standards, and working as a team to ensure every order meets Chick-fil-A’s quality and safety expectations. No prior restaurant experience is required. Training will be provided. Pay & Schedule $19.50 – $23.00 per hour Part-time or Full-time Flexible scheduling including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends Opportunities for growth and leadership development Responsibilities Back of House Team Members support kitchen operations by: Preparing and assembling menu items according to standards Maintaining food safety and sanitation procedures Ensuring food quality and accuracy during busy service periods Working with the team to maintain speed and efficiency Keeping kitchen workstations clean, stocked, and organized Supporting daily opening and closing kitchen procedures Requirements & Physical Expectations This is an active kitchen position in a fast-paced environment. Team Members must be comfortable: Being on their feet for most of the shift Working in a busy kitchen environment Operating kitchen equipment such as fryers, mixers, and other food preparation equipment Working in refrigerated and freezer environments Lifting up to 50 pounds when needed Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout the shift Managing multiple tasks during high-volume periods Additional requirements: Must be 18 years or older Ability to safely work around hot equipment and kitchen machinery Ability to follow food safety and operational procedures What We’re Looking For Successful team members: Work well in a team environment Have a strong work ethic and attention to detail Are dependable and willing to learn Stay focused and organized during busy periods Take pride in preparing quality food This job posting is for an opportunity with Operate With Pride, LLC, an independent operator of Chick-fil-A Cordata Parkway.
