Hiring 1st shift Entry Level Welders!! 4-Day work week, 19-22/hr pending Weld Test!!

Looking to start your welding career? We are actively hiring Entry-Level MIG Welders and welcome recent graduates from welding programs and trade schools.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work alongside experienced welders, and develop your fabrication and welding skills in a manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Perform MIG welding on steel components and assemblies
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Utilize measuring tools including tape measures and squares
• Assist with fabrication, fitting, and assembly of welded products
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Inspect welds for quality and appearance
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Learn advanced welding and fabrication techniques from experienced team members

Qualifications

• Recent welding school graduate or welding training preferred
• Basic MIG welding experience
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
